The Management sub-team is responsible for overseeing the project's organizational and social aspects. Their primary tasks include project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, team coordination, and social media accounts including Instagram, X, and this website. They ensure that the various sub-teams work cohesively towards common goals, monitor progress, and address any issues that may arise during the rover's development. Additionally, Management is responsible for outreach, fundraising, and sponsor relations, securing necessary resources for the project's success.
