The Green sub-team is designed to allow new students an opportunity to get acclimated to the team. Unlike other sub-teams, Green is less focused on results and provides a low-stakes environment to test new ideas and learn new skills. Students on Green are encouraged to pursue projects that may otherwise be impractical or deemed too crazy to work. Students are free to work on their own projects, work on projects or prototypes to support other sub-teams, or improve upon previous designs. On Green, we celebrate failure and help build students who will have the ability to contribute to the team in a meaningful way.
